Employer wants to revise their insurance RFP Questionnaire documents to account for new market developments and their newly implemented Benefits Administration platform.

The objective here was to develop questions for proposing insurers that would enable them to narrate not only their plan design and customer service capabilities, but also to elicit how they would integrate with the employer's new benefits administration technology to offer enhanced enrollment, record-keeping, and administration services.

Using our experience having developed RFPs for employers of all sizes and our relationship with multiple Benefits Administration technology firms, we successfully delivered an RFP question set that will enable this employer to identify insurers that can integrate optimally with their new technology and data management practices.
