Benchmark Survey

Enterprise employer with demographically diverse, but geographically local workforce wants to determine how their Basic Life/AD&D program compares to market competition.

The objective here was to deliver a survey that accounted for the employer's plan design, benefits limits, and benefits classes while identifying employers of comparable size and demographics. The employer wanted to discover what elements of their active and retiree benefits are reasonably comparable, or substantial outliers compared to their peer organizations.

WJA delivered a survey that met the employer's objective while empowering senior management with information necessary inform executive leadership on the competitiveness of their company's Life/AD&D program.
