Benchmark Survey

The objective here was to deliver a survey that accounted for the employer's plan design, benefits limits, and benefits classes while identifying employers of comparable size and demographics. The employer wanted to discover what elements of their active and retiree benefits are reasonably comparable, or substantial outliers compared to their peer organizations.
